The Shibuya Arrow Project (シブヤ・アロープロジェクト) aims to convey the location of “temporary evacuation sites” that are designated as safe places where many residents and visitors can temporarily take refuge in the event of a disaster. This is a project to create art in public spaces and enrich the landscape of Shibuya Ward, a city that takes the lead in communicating cultural information worldwide.

Shinjuku-Gyoen National Garden
Shinjuku Gyoen was established in 1906. It was originally created as an imperial garden, but after World War II, it became a public park that many people enjoy.
The garden covers 58.3 hectares and has a circumference of about 3.5 kilometers.
It features a skillful combination of formal gardens, landscape gardens, and Japanese gardens. It is considered a representative example of modern Western-style gardens from the Meiji era.
